VBEC Director, Connie Long, brings over 25 years of experience working with not-for-profit business organizations. She spent 15 years at the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce in everything from membership development to organizational development/strategic planning.

She and her partner, Liz Garrett formed Association Builders, LLC to offer a wide range of services to not-for-profit organizations like VBEC. Connie, Liz and their staff offer assistance in meeting/event planning, organizational structure and planning, bookkeeping services, communications services, and much more!
