Come join us for a comprehensive review of the Job Instruction Program, Training Within Industry’s J-Program that teaches the skill of instruction. Roger Bilas will take you through Sessions One through Three. Not only will we cover the basics of Job Instruction in a hands-on and interactive manner, we’ll also have two organizations present their use and impact of the Job Instruction program. You’ll be able to ask questions of those groups regarding their implementation successes and difficulties to help you navigate the waters of change in your own organization.
