People have struggled with the application of the concepts to office and service environments. All of the concepts must be adapted to meet the specific needs of each organization. This can be done without undermining their intent. Standard work, visual management, flow and pull can all be applied with a little creativity and flexibility. This webinar will review the key concepts of lean and describe their application to office & services. Certainly there are challenges, but that should never discourage an organization from trying.
