CAPITALIZE on your one unique resource… your employees.
It’s likely that your competitors have similar capabilities as you. They probably use many of the same suppliers. What’s the one thing you have that they don’t? Your employees. And that’s where you can find your competitive edge... by leveraging the full capabilities of your people.
HOW?... Through Lean Six Sigma (LSS)
Our breakthrough approach will teach your employees how to combine the quality and infrastructure of Six Sigma...with the speed and flexibility of Lean methods. Green Belts are required to complete a project 3-4 months after training, allowing them to build their skills, then repay the company’s investment quickly.
A full Lean Six Sigma deployment within your organization can get you payback in four to six months...and provide impressive return on investment thereafter:
• Up to 80% reduction in process cycle times within two years, improving customer satisfaction.
• Up to 20% reduction in overhead costs within two years.
• Between 3% and 6% operating margin improvements in less than three years.
• Between 30% and 100% overall market value increases in less than three years.
