On its 26th anniversary, the U.S. Senate Productivity and Quality Award for Virginia (SPQA) is hosting the 2008 Virginia Forum for Excellence at the Holiday Inn Koger Center in Richmond.  This year's theme is "Keeping Pace with the Speed of Change!" and features two outstanding keynote speakers:

* The Honorable Patrick O. Gottschalk, Virginia Secretary of Commerce and Trade, and,

* T.W. Scott, Vice President, Intelligence and Information Systems, Raytheon Information Solutions.

The Forum features 12 value-packed workshops where participants will receive excellent insights and advice for organizations in all stages of their performance excellence journey.  A Welcome Reception is on the evening of Sept. 24, and on the afternoon of Sept. 25, the 2008 award recipients will be honored.
