Start with attending one of our pre-Forum Workshops on September 14. Then join us for the Forum Kick-Off at the early evening reception honoring our Sponsors, Examiners, and Partners with special guest, Nancy Jokovich from the National Baldrige Program.

On the 15th, help us welcome John Fitzgerald, Chief Executive Officer, INOVA Fair Oaks Hospital a Virginia SPQA Medallion Recipient for insights into how this award winning facility stays focused during tough times. Attend timely workshops whose learning objectives have been linked to key Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence requirements most relevant to the Forum theme. Have lunch with your friends; hear from our featured speaker,  Larry Potterfield, Chief Executive Officer of MidwayUSA, 2009 Baldrige Award Recipient. Then join us to help recognize the 2010 Virginia SPQA Award participants featuring LT Governor Bill Bolling and Master of Ceremony,  Bernie Niemeier, President & Publisher, Virginia Business.
