The focus of this site visit will be the implementation and use of Cell Status boards as a way of identifying, communicating and driving improvement initiatives.  Alfa Laval will also discuss their audit process and metrics for sustaining this system.  They have noted that this system has resulted in problems being resolved quicker and has increased support functions going to gemba.  Lessons learned and next steps that will be taken to improve the process will also be covered.
