Jo-Kell, Inc. is an electrical distribution and engineering firm. The focus of this site visit will be on initiatives Jo-Kell has undertaken to streamline and improve administrative efficiencies and productivity in their operation.  They will focus on two particular initiatives:  implementing a paperless office and a new phone system that integrates with their computer system and enables seamless access to staff, no matter where they are located.  The last part of the meeting will be devoted to sharing information and ideas among participants regarding methods used at their companies to achieve administrative efficiencies.
