The focus of this site visit will be integrated management of Quality and Environmental systems based on ISO standards, with particular focus on four root cause analysis tools that MGC uses to drive corrective and preventive action (these are in addition to Fishbone diagrams and the 5 Whys).  Details will be posted at a later date.
