Join us for this final site visit of 2010! The focus of this meeting will be on MicroAire's transition to cellular manufacturing and the successes and challenges they have faced in trying to move from just using Continuous Improvement Tools to creating a Continuous Improvement Culture. They will also provide an overview of their line-of-site policy deployment process.
