The focus of this meeting will be on success factors for managing quality, particularly in a small business.  The premise is that no matter how large or small you are, and what kind of business/industry you are in, there are certain things companies should always do to effectively manage quality.  Mike Gaffney will lead a discussion regarding best practices and other companies' learnings with respect to the key components of managing quality.
