9:30 am - 10:30 am: Kaizen Events' Discussion (Description of three Kaizen events at Super Radiator and the results.)
10:30 am - 11:30 am: Shop Tour (A tour of the production facility with stops at the locations of the three Kaizen events with testimonials from the individuals involved.)
11:30 am - 12:00 pm: Group Discussion and Questions
12:30 pm - 1:00 pm: Lunch (Optional, but reservations required)
