Location:  Hill Phoenix, Colonial Heights

The focus of this meeting will be on Strategic Planning.  A strategic planning model will be presented and then the participants will experience using the model by applying it to begin developing the strategic plan for VBEC for 2009.

Lunch will be provided after the meeting, and an optional tour of Hill Phoenix will be offered after lunch.
